I’m waiting for my Home Test Kit to arrive, how long will it take?
There is no physical testing kit sent to you. Once you’ve completed your order, please follow the on-screen or emailed instructions and send us your hair sample to the address provided.
You do not need special packaging to send-in your hair sample.
Just place your hair sample in a secure, small sealable bag with your Test ID and ensure the correct postage is covered.

Please note: we cannot be responsible for undercharged packages.
You should receive your results within five working days from receiving your hair sample at the laboratory.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your email spam or junk folder.
Can children take the test?
Children can take the test, and due to its less invasive nature it can provide an insight into any current digestive issues. Please note however, due to the quick evolving nature of a child’s growth and development the results can change quickly. For this reason we do not test children under 6 years old. We would never substitute our test for the information and support provided from your Health Care Practitioner
How long will it take to get my results?
Once you have taken a hair sample and completed your Test Submission Form, please mail together to:

We will update you by email upon receiving your hair sample and form, and from this point, we aim to deliver test results within 72 hours.
